Rates

N.B. Sherry Nile Cruises reserves the right to alter all above mentioned rates. New rates will be applied for all new reservations.

Rates Policy

1. All above rates are quoted in US dollars per person per night on full board basis for run of the house cabin, net non-commissionable and will be applied for both the 4 and 3 nights cruises.
2. All above rates are excluding any extra services.
3. All above rates include sight - seeing tours with English speaking guide, entrance fees and transportation. Only once on the way (Luxor / Aswan or Aswan / Luxor) (one time) for guests requesting 7 nights cruises.
4. Guidance with language other than English will be provided free of charge for groups of 10 persons or more (for less than 10 persons, guidance fees will be added to the total cruise fare.)
5. If requested, for 7 nights cruise, we will deduct 9 $US on the above rates per person per night on condition that sight-seeing will be once on the way (Luxor / Aswan or Aswan / Luxor) (one time).
6. A supplement of 30% is to be added to the above mentioned rates for deluxe cabins.
7. For suites, a supplement of 40% is to be added to the price of a double cabin on the basis of occupancy by two persons minimum.
8. Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, service charges or dues after the date of the reservation will be added on the above mentioned rates without any prior notice.

Children Policy

1. Children less than 3 years old sharing their parent's cabin will be free of charge.
2. Children from 3 years to 12 years old, sharing their parent's cabin will be charged 50%.
3. Children over 12 years old will be charged the full rate.

Tour Leader Policy

For every 15 paying persons, the 16th person will be free of charge staying in a double cabin. (A maximum of one double cabin is allowed.)

Payment Policy

1. Total amount must reach us upon confirmation within 2 DAYS of each group or guest or request in case of payment by fax payment order or bank transfer.
2. In case of not receiving any of these terms of payment, Sherry Nile Cruises reserve the right to cancel all the cabins reserved on the mentioned cruise under this contract.
3. In case the Egyptian laws are changed, the new laws will prevail.

Program Policy

Sherry Nile Cruises reserves the right to change the schedule, program and sailing hours for reasons beyond our control such as water level, opening of bridges, long queues of boats at locks, etc. during the cruise.

Governmental Regulations

All rates and conditions mentioned in the contract are subject to governmental regulations, decrees and laws and thus are subject to amendment.
